Your Credit Card Account & Rewards in One Place

If you didn't receive a paper credit card statement this month, and your My Pensacola CU member statement is in the form of an eStatement - it's because your credit card is now part of your My Pensacola CU eStatements! Which is a much safer, greener way to receive all of your account information.

As a reminder you may now log into your credit card account via Online and Mobile Banking to see your full account information, and go to the Scorecard Rewards Center where you are able to see your credit card points and redeem for merchandise or cash back! You may also make payments from the MyPensacolaCU accounts, and see credit card transactions made on or after 01/31/23.

Additionally, should you wish to mail in your monthly credit card payment, please mail the payments to the following address as any payments mailed to the previous Tallahassee address will result in a delay in processing and posting of those payments.

We have appreciated your understanding and patience as we worked with the new credit card system company to correct any issues. We are happy to announce you may now log into your credit card account via Online and Mobile Banking to see your full account information, and go to the Scorecard Rewards Center where you are able to see your credit card points and redeem for merchandise or cash back! Previous Update on 02/01/2023
The daily transaction limit of $1,500 has now been lifted and you may resume using your credit card as you have before. At this time should you wish to see transaction history, please click on the “Account Details” button. We will update you should this direction change. We continue to work with the companies to finalize any remaining issues and appreciate your patience and understanding – thank you.

Previous Update on 01/31/2023
As of 1:30 p.m. today, Tuesday, January 31, 2023, the previous noted issues are continuing to be worked on with members now being able to make up to $1,500 in transactions per day. We continue to work with the companies involved to complete the repair of the issues so the $1,500 per day maximum will be removed. We are expecting the issues to be fully resolved within 24-hours. Should these issues persist, we will continue to keep you informed.

We are currently experiencing intermittent issues processing credit card transactions. Some transactions may be declined during this time. The problem is not with your credit card but with the network communicating with our servers. We have been advised that the issue should be resolved within the next 24 hours. We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. 


Credit Card Statement & Account Information Conversion

We are always looking for ways to improve our members' experience with us and helping to make their financial lives more manageable. One way we are doing this is by moving the separate Credit Card Statements and account information into members' regular statements and online/mobile banking!

PLEASE NOTE: Nothing surrounding a member's account number, PINs, balances, rate - any account details are changing or being affected. We are just making it easier and more efficient for our members to view their statement and account information within the same manner as other My Pensacola CU statement and account information, so there is nothing our members have to do - we're taking care of everything.

IMPORTANT DATES TO NOTE: Beginning Thursday, January 26, 2023, through the weekend there may be intermediate connection issues taking place during the conversion. Additionally, members will not be able to make transfers (payments) to their credit cards through ItsMe247 or the mobile app. We appreciate the patience and understanding as we work through the conversion, ensuring all is in working order come Monday, January 30, 2023.

During the conversion process members will still be able to use and make transactions with their credit cards, as well as fraud blocking is still in effect on the credit cards.

Other Notable Information

  • Payment Due Dates: Beginning in February, all credit card payment due dates will be moved to the 28 of each month (currently due dates are set to either the 12 or 14 of each month).
  • Next Statement: Due to the timing of the conversion, members will not be receiving a mid-month credit card statement in February but will receive the next statement in early March.
  • Mailed Payments New Address: Beginning Monday, January 30, 2023, mailed payments will no longer be accepted at the previous address of My Pensacola CU-SC, PO BOX 3080, Tallahassee, FL 32315-3080. 
    • Please use the following address to mail any credit card payments:

    • Any payments mailed to Tallahassee will be forwarded (by mail) to the Credit Union but will result in a delay to posting the payment.
  • Statement & Account Information: Members will be able to review, retrieve and print credit card statements inside of ItsMe247 at the same location as the regular statement.
    • Previous credit card statements will not be available in ItsMe247.
  • Cash Advances: Beginning Monday, January 30, 2023, members will have the ability to make a cash advance on the credit card through ItsMe247 or the mobile app.
  • Online Payment Posting: Beginning Monday, January 30, 2023, any credit card payments made through ItsMe247 or the mobile app will immediately show posted to the credit card account!
