This role supports our members through a wide range of financial service needs, including teller transactions, lending support, and personalized service solutions. We're looking for a professional, detail-oriented team member who enjoys building relationships and helping members reach their financial goals.
Education/Certification: High school graduate + college, relevant trade education, or equivalent knowledge of English, Mathematics, and Grammar. Required Knowledge: Understanding of basic public relations and communications. Experience Required: Preferred at least two (2) years of customer contact experience with money handling experience. Skills/Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Well organized. Attentive to detail. Work independently and with collective teams. Able to use related computer applications.
