Current Open Position: Member Service Representative

Overview:
The Member Service Representative is vital, as it is the first experience members have with the Credit Union. This role provides members with superior service by accurately and efficiently performing all member banking transaction(s), and responsibly assisting members in accordance with My Pensacola Credit Union policies and procedures. This role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering professional and effective service with prospective and current members in a broad range of situations. The Member Service Representative must possess knowledge of all Credit Union products and services and be able to explore member needs, listen for clues, and provide solutions that meet their financial and credit needs. A Member Service Representative must be flexible and willing/able to learn new programs and work as a part of a team. 

Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate with exceptional English, mathematics, and grammar.
Required Knowledge: working knowledges of windows, word, excel, and email software.
Experience Required: financial institution and money handling experience preferred.
Skills/Ability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, well organized, attention to detail, able to work in groups and as an individual.

CURRENT OPEN POSITION: Loan Officer

Overview:
The Loan Officer is a dimensional and critical role which provides superior member service by accurately, efficiently performs all member lending related transactions(s), and responsibly makes sound lending decisions in accordance with My Pensacola Credit Union’s policies and procedures. This role requires a strong ability to communicate professionally and effectively (in-person, via phone, through mail, and through email) with prospective and current members on a broad range of situations. The Loan Officer must possess knowledge of all Credit Union products and services and be able to explore member needs, listen for clues, and provide solutions that meet their financial and credit needs. A Loan Officer must be flexible and willing/able to migrate lending platforms seamlessly, assist in collection duties as needed, and work as part of a team to maximize revenue growth and to meet or exceed personal and branch goals.  

Qualifications:
Education: At least high school graduate.
Required Knowledge: Understanding of what equates to excellent member/customer relations, loan application review and decisioning, overall credit union lending practices and operations.
Experience Required: At least two (2) years of consumer loan experience. Residential mortgage processing experience, a bonus.
Skills/Ability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, well organized, attention to detail, work independently and with collective teams. Able to use related computer applications.

CURRENT OPEN POSITION: Collector (Account Resolution Specialist)

Overview:
The Collector (Account Resolution Specialist) position plays an important role in ensuring not only the Credit Union receives payments due on debts, but also ensures the members they work with are treated fairly and without judgement – aiming to retain as many positive member relationships as deemed appropriate. The Collector will also ensure to maintain compliance standards within all state and federal laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate with exceptional English, mathematics, and grammar.
Required Knowledge: Working knowledges of windows, word, excel, and email software.
Experience Required: At least two (2) years collection experience required. Credit union collection experience preferred.
Skills/Ability: Ability to work with fractions, percentages and able to calculate per diems. Excellent oral and written communication skills, well organized, attention to detail, able to work in groups and as an individual.
