COVID-19: We're Here to Help You!
At My Pensacola Credit Union, our highest priorities are the health and safety of our members and staff, as well as the well-being of the community that we serve. As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, My Pensacola Credit Union is closely monitoring guidance from national and local health officials around the country and taking actions to minimize the risks to our most valuable asset, You!
In an effort to comply with the government’s request to limit gatherings to less than 10 people and to limit the potential spread of COVID-19, we are temporarily closing the lobby of the Credit Union effective March 18th. Our drive-up will remain open, as well as our ATMs and online (electronic) services.
Drive-Up hours are Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
My Pensacola Credit Union’s mobile app allows you to use many services without the need to drive to the Credit Union. You can:
- Check balances
- Make transfers
- Deposit a check with My Mobile Check Deposit
- Apply for a loan and close it with e-signature
- Pay bills
- Control your debit card
- Open a new account
- Purchase a share certificate, and more

We're here to help you! Some of the ways we are doing that are by offering for you the ability to skip your loans payments, including your mortgage payment, in April and May! We are also DOUBLING your VIP Discount! Learn more on our Current Promotions page.
We will continually monitor the situation and will announce any further changes in our operations through our website, eBlasts, and Facebook page. Our goal is to ensure that we appropriately respond to any changes in risk caused by this virus.
