COVID-19 - 7/8/2020
Out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our members and staff, our Credit Union lobby will be restricted to appointment only beginning Friday, July 10th. Teller services will continue in the drive thru during our regular office hours 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
If you do need to meet with a loan officer or member service representative, we request that you schedule an appointment by calling 850.432.9939. Many of the services we provide can be completed electronically. If a face-to-face meeting is required, remember that the City of Pensacola has mandated face coverings when entering the Credit Union.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope you understand that this decision was made in the best interest of our members and employees. Safety is our top priority!
We encourage you to continue using our Mobile App, It’sMe247Online Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, Online account and loan applications.
We will continually monitor the situation and will announce any further changes in our operations through our website, eBlasts, and Facebook page. Our goal is to ensure that we appropriately respond to any changes in risk caused by this virus.
